Glen-Lee graduated in 2003 with a diploma in Performing Arts Musical Theatre. Glen-Lee took this qualification to the next level and applied for the role of Lead Singer in a show known as ‘Icons’ in the Canary Islands. This challenging role required Glen-Lee to play tribute to a variety of high profile stars including Justin Timberlake, George Michael and, more impressively, Frank Sinatra, Robbie Williams and Dean Martin. This experience dramatically increased Glen-Lee’s ability to perform and developed his vocal and stage skills to the professional level he currently displays.
Upon returning to West London early in 2006 Glen-Lee was offered the opportunity to become the Lead Singer in multiple shows on board one of the UK’s most renowned cruise ships, The Ocean Village. From May 2006 to May 2007 Glen-Lee cruised the Mediterranean and Caribbean displaying an outstanding performance every night on-board this spectacular ship. These shows are written and directed by Micha Bergese of MBP Ltd, who has also directed shows ranging from such as the opening of the Millennium Dome, Jeff Wayne’s 'War Of The Worlds' and The Shoaling Monks.
Glen-Lee's progress from rehearsals until the shows was greatly recognised with Glen-Lee working closely with Micha himself on a day to day basis. Glen-Lee’s performances have been recognised worldwide and he was asked to sign for another 12 month contract on-board Ocean Village around the Greek Islands and Caribbean which will take effect in May 2008 until May 2009. This second contract has also given Glen-Lee the opportunity to perform in 7 brand new shows that feature the talents of choreographers 'Barbara Evans' 'Lucy Pankhurst' and Adrian Alsop with exciting different styles of dance and vocal challenges. |
